These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, boostmyhiring.ai (referred to as "Service"), which is operated by BoostMyHiring.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the use of your contact details for our branding and marketing purposes.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

Recruiters/HR Users: The primary purpose of using our Service is to create AI-generated video job postings for social media. Any data collected through video promotions will be used strictly for recruitment purposes.

Employers/Recruiters: You must ensure that all job postings are genuine and do not contain misleading information. You are prohibited from charging any fees from job seekers for recruitment services provided through our platform.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for services offered by the platform must be made in full and in advance. Payments once made are non-refundable, and any amount paid will be deemed appropriated.

6. Content

Our Service allows users to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials. You are solely responsible for the content you post on or through the Service, including ensuring its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and usage practices. User accounts that remain inactive for three months will be automatically deleted.

8. Termination

(i) Your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
